Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, engineering and design, construction administration, closeout and warranty on 20+ projects at any given time. Assisted with Program management and planning in a collaborative manner with the District’s Maintenance, Custodial and various educational department executives using established educational specifications and technical guidelines. Also Project Manager for 4-year, $454 million 2008 General Obligation Bond Program. Individual project valuations ranged from $50k to $53 million using CM/GC, Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build delivery methods.
