I recommend you jump at the chance to work with Tim. I was lucky enough to spend almost 2 years working alongside Tim as he led the Talent Team at Grill'd Healthy Burgers. I was immediately impressed by Tim's ability to paint a clear picture of the future, and then simply and clearly lay out the steps to achieve his vision. The work that Tim spearheaded, transformed the candidate experience and made life easier for the team. His understanding of teams, EVP, systems and more brought such a sense of freshness to our business. At every step, Tim was impressive.
