  During the end of april I was part of an expedition where we skied out to Sylarna, the most alpine environment in Jämtland, to do a photoshoot for Klättermusens upcoming winter collection. Being out in the mountains, enduring a winter storm, climbing on a mixture of rock and ice we had an awesome time out in good company!   Grappa bar is one of Åres finest restaurants. The quality of the food and the service that we offer are among the best in the village. This year I have become a good waiter, with decent wine knowledge and have gotten an understanding for how and why we prepare the food the way we do. I also designed a new website from scratch and took professionally looking photos of the food to market ourselves a bit better than before. Grappa bar is one of Åres finest restaurants.   Once a year I learn children of all ages to become a better skier/snowboarder. My responsibilities include: - Planning and executing the lessons - Take care of the children and make sure that they are having a good time - Follow up with parents to review how the lessons went At Friluftsfrämjandet I have taken the first two out of four courses to become a certified ski instructor. During the first two out of four one week courses to become a certified ski instructor one develops the tools and methods to independently teach skiing for new to average skilled people.
