Significant accomplishments include: - Focused and results-oriented program management of the C2BMC planning system including planning for hardware obsolescence and upgrades, software spiral development and interoperability certification/testing, service component planning system interoperability and interface development, end-user training program development and delivery, and operational planning support functionality. - Development and delivery of a new training program created to address end-user feedback and recognized shortfalls in warfighter/end-user proficiency in using the C2BMC planner platform. Results of this effort was an improvement in overall user proficiency and had a direct impact on overall readiness of staffs to accurately plan and execute BMD missions with an additional second order effect of reducing travel costs and reach back support requirements.

Served as the Aegis BMD Systems Engineering LNO and Officer In Charge for Program Integration responsible for ensuring the ~$2.4 billion dollar Aegis BMD program was represented in the MDA Integration Synchronization Center (ISC) and corporate boards process and represented Aegis BMD in all aspects of program integration with the larger BMDS.Senior Aegis BMD representative for real world planning and integration working groups for Aegis BMD issues. Including oversight of all technical requirements and integration of all electrical systems during a $2.4B, 42 month nuclear refueling and complex overhaul. Responsible for overhaul of eight 4160V switchboards and 8 load centers. Innovative leadership resulted in a $1.2M in savings to the government by using ship’s resources to conduct test of N-130 relays. Completed all major milestones on schedule despite a 30% undermanned military work force, by coordinating closely with civilian workers to accomplish work in a coordinated effort.

Project was twice awarded the Project of the year at Supervisor of Shipbuilding as a result of successful teamwork between project office and private shipbuilder.
