  Having worked in an architectural design office environment for some 25 years, I'm now established as Tim Wright ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN continuing to build both a repeat and new client base, all of which still being obtained by word of mouth and/or personal recommendations. I undertake projects focusing primarily in the residential sector, such as concept/feasibility studies, new build dwelling designs and extension/reconfiguration schemes, the later two being from Pre App / Planning stage through to the production of Construction Drawings and obtaining Building Regulations approval. I work with various Design Consultants / disciplines as necessary to help ensure all project appointments are delivered to the Clients' expectations. In addition to residential sector work, I also have long-standing experience of retail, leisure, educational and industrial/office projects, gained whilst working at various architectural practices.
