Bio
Kevin Oke
I've worked with Tim in a few different capacities throughout my career. He hired me at Ubisoft Vancouver in 2009 and was a great mentor and manager to me. Much later, when LlamaZOO was looking for a director of production, Tim was the first person I thought of, and we were lucky enough to bring him on. Tim is steadfast in his principles and unafraid to question requests in order to understand the "why" and potential impacts, while always displaying deep emotional intelligence and care for those around him in the workplace. He has continued to show a keen ability to mentor younger employees while excelling at managing his teams, and is always mindful of how to balance short-term "on demand" goals and deliverables with delivery of items farther out on the road map. I feel fortunate that our paths have crossed more than once in our careers, and hope they will do so again in the future.

Tim and I worked together on several projects the past year. He's an excellent Product Manager and a professional, versatile and valuable team-player. He was able to build a strong collaboration with the marketing team and took part in establishing new processes for defining KPI's and projecting Deliverables. Tim is the PM you want on your Team. He is a pleasure to work with.
