Tim is an excellent sense of urgency when dealing with a customer's needs. One example of this is his attention to detail when it comes to having everything ready once a customer comes into our store. He was the first person to show me a function called My Tasks that has kept me on track and not let things fall thru the cracks. His best attribute in my opinion is his patience when it comes to training people. The job that we work here at Kubat is not an easy one, Tim has found ways to make all of our lives easier by breaking down each function carefully, and making sure that you understand what you are supposed to do. This has helped me become successful in my own career here at Kubat, as I have implemented many of the practices that he has come up with. He is also a great team player and has a great joke or two to get your mind off a bad situation. I hope that our superiors allow Tim to mentor and train the next employees that we hire in the near future.
