  Evening shift patrol supervisor. I am charged with the overisght and management of criminal investigations for the 9 officers on my my plaroon. I direct the Evening Shift team with an emphasis on team building and the development of officer's skills. I'm addition to my patrol duties I am the agency Lethality Assessment Program Coordinator and liaison to the State if Connecticut for Domestic Violence related investigations. I sit on the Town Safety Committee and I am a member of an insurance Sub-committee to assist with training and policy development related to officer safety related injuries.
