I’ve always thought of Tim much more as an inspiring mentor than my manager. Even before we started working directly together, Tim was always interested in helping me grow as an employee and as a person. I was able to shift and take my own career to the next level thanks to his help and guidance. On top of technical skills and knowledge that come with his many years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform, he has a natural gift for listening and sympathising with stakeholders’ frustrations and pain points.
