I’ve always thought of Tim much more as an inspiring mentor than my manager. Even before we started working directly together, Tim was always interested in helping me grow as an employee and as a person. I was able to shift and take my own career to the next level thanks to his help and guidance. On top of technical skills and knowledge that come with his many years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform, he has a natural gift for listening and sympathising with stakeholders’ frustrations and pain points. Combined with his analytical ability to translate this into the big picture of global business processes within an organisation, that surely makes Tim a ‘unicorn’ product or platform manager.

Tim is one of those individuals who deeply cares about his team and every piece of work and direction comes from that centre of care. In a world where businesses drive for results (whether that be project based or purely financial), Tim understands and practices the principle that you cannot just produce without nurturing and developing the individuals capacity and knowledge to produce first, which is why Tim is a natural leader.
