I enjoyed working alongside Tim in the Tiff's group and benefited greatly from observing his management style, especially his laser-focused attention to inventory details. Aside from being a no-nonsense manager who expects his employees to be on time and on point, Tim runs a meticulous operation as far as inventorying his items. His "sheet to shelf" inventory program makes one of the most mundane parts of our responsibilities a breeze. Any food & beverage operation would benefit from having Tim Sengle in a senior position.
