A complex process where, in general, modules will return from the field, analyzed, dismounted, cleaned, assembled again, tested and sent back to the field. Within SUBS2 different sub-assemblies will be made and send to our internal customer. The internal customer will combine all the subs modules into the main module. The refurb process is unpredictable and therefore challenging for the teamlead and the operators.

      This position has been created to support TF FAB execution management after the introduction of the new organization in June 2018. As a TF FAB PI GroupLead Support you are the wingman of the execution manager and your primary goal is to support lean deployment, output & improvements projects in the factory. You are back-up in case of manager absence. You are a full member of the execution department and act as an independent pair of eyes, providing feedback and support to the department. Finally, you are challenged to come up with project opportunities, which after specification and agreement you can execute to contribute to the TF FAB Targets.
