  As a JAA TRE, this role required organisation of the training structure within our UK operations for the Sikorsky S92 fleet. The position demanded oversight of training staff standardisation for the fleet's TRE's and Line Training Captains, which was conducted both on the aircraft and in simulators. The position also led to qualification as TRI(E), examining new TRIs on the S92, and as CRMI(E), renewing trainers' qualifications as CRMI's. The biggest single project in this role was involvement as technical advisor over a two year period in the development and delivery of a Level B Full Flight Simulator for Bristow's Aberdeen Training Centre, in conjunction with a major simulator manufacturer.
