Tim is an exceptional leader with a strong commitment for always serving his clients and colleagues in the best way possible. I've had the great pleasure to personally work with Tim on several key projects in service of our nation's Armed Services. Tim's dedicated efforts had significant positive impacts improving the quality of life programs for all our nations' military members and their families culminating in our special military outreach program with the National Boys and Girl Club of America. Similarly, Tim's passionate efforts resulted in a groundbreaking national partnership with all military branches and the USTA to bring special recreational programs to our heroic service member families. Anyone having the opportunity to work with Tim will not be disappointed!

When I think of Tim Richardson, I think of a very effective networker and one who builds bridges with people. We have collaborated on clean water projects for developing countries and other opportunities to lift people out of poverty. Tim is a very caring person, trusted colleague, possesses a can do spirit, and always accountable for measurable results. An organization’s culture is built by its management’s values and ethics. Strong leaders make strong organizations. Tim is one such individual and I am proud to be a colleague and a friend.
