  As the leader of a small design team, I was responsible for directing and overseeing all visual communication for the record label. This involved ensuring that the work of two Junior Designers aligned with the brand and accurately represented the artists. In addition to managing the team, I collaborated with artists and designers to understand their vision and creative direction. As part of my role, I created various marketing materials and designed layouts. I also acted as a liaison between multiple departments.
