I've known Tim for a few years now, and he has proven himself to be a valuable resource in a number of ways. He was always very knowledgeable about his products, and always was able to explain how the product worked, which raised my level of certainty and clarity about each product. He was very patient with me when I would ask the same questions as previously because I didn't always remember his answers (repetition is the mother of learning!). He was very instrumental in increasing my sales of OrthoMolecular products after I'd previously been a big user of his competitors' products.
