  Currently serves as Division Manager for one of the Commonwealth's largest full service real estate development, property management and construction firms operating and leasing more than 13 million square feet of commercial space to more than 2,000 clients. Responsible for a campus consisting of 8 commercial buildings and 5 parking garages which includes the largest single commercial multi-use building on the East coast, 100 Cummings Center, spanning over 1.8 million square feet. In charge of all aspects of construction and maintenance throughout the facilities and leads communication with all direct field staff totaling over 65 people and hired subcontractors (union and non union). Works directly with the project management team to oversee future facility builds providing expertise for electrical systems, HVAC systems, control systems, safety, and aesthetics.
