Bio
Mike Pascoe
My professional interactions with Dr. Noteboom began when I was a graduate student in the neurophysiology of movement laboratory at the University of Colorado at Boulder. During these interactions I gained insight into the diverse set of skills Dr. Noteboom possesses. Not only was I impressed with his clinical knowledge, but also with his ability to communicate effectively with me and his students. Dr. Noteboom is very proactive in his professional development as well as a supreme advocate for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He recognizes the potential of emerging technologies and has done an excellent job implementing them through his department at Regis University. I anticipate many great things to come from Dr. Noteboom and endorse him completely for projects from spinal manipulation to social media.

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Noteboom from the beginning days of the Regis University Transitional DPT program. His vision and leadership has resulted in a program that is noted as a national program of excellence. The network of graduates is truly one of learners that are leaders throughout our profession. Dr. Noteboom brings a passion for transforming clinical practice by merging current best clinical evidence with the best in educational technology delivery. In his role as tDPT program director he fostered an environment of continuous improvement across all facets of the program from student, to faculty, to the administrative management processes.
