Tim manages to mix seemingly the impossible a hard working ethic whilst maintaining a smile. I know after speaking to Tim things will get done and done well, but there is also a 90% chance I will also be laughing. Thanks Tim, for that reason I am always happy to work with you and would have no hesitation in recommending you to any future business partners.

Several high grade management commissions across the UK NHS since retirement from Director of Planning and Performance post in Northumbria healthcare NHS Trust. Post have ranged from Director of Planning, through to Director of Emergency Care (Interim posts) and a project managers post in Liverpool requiring me to lead on the separation of the PCTs provider and commissioner components.CV will demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge skills and experience. ALL contracts have been extended beyond initial period. Latest contract initially for six months. Now eighteen months in post. Client highly satisfied with outputs and role versatility. (Role scope has changed significantly twice since appointment). Client wishes me to remain for a further (minimum) year, but have to consider IR 35 issues in six months time, making me (probably) available for work in Spring 2010.£600/day plus VAT (no expenses and sans any agency fees) minimum rate.
