      I originally worked in a management capacity for the Family Auto Group from August 1994 until the group was dissolved in August 1996 and one of the partners in Family Auto Group, Glenn Boyd, ended up with the Crossroads Ford location on Buck Jones Road in Cary NC. The Ford store was under performing in sales, service and CSI. In August 1996 when Glenn Boyd took over he promoted me from New Truck Manager to GSM at our Ford store in Cary NC. When Glenn took ownership on August 3, 1996 we were selling less than 200 new and used per month and our CSI was last in our group of 24. Over the next several years we expanded and increased our volume. We sold 324 units our 1st month and never looked back from there. We broke 400 units in 1997 and in May 1998 we sold 622 new and used vehicles. We moved into the top 10 in Ford Volume in the United States over the years selling consistently over 700 new & used vehicles monthly and eventually moved into the number 2 position behind Galpin Ford.That one Ford dealership has grown to 17 locations in 2 states with over 1400 employees. We have 13 Ford & Lincoln stores and also represent Nissan, Infiniti, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram and are affiliated with Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Honda with a corporate partnerWe are always looking for great people to join our team.
