I have worked for Tim on a very demanding and challenging project in the Middle East, which required him to occasionally visit the region to maintain good customer relationship and set direction. Every time he left I was amazed with what he had achieved in the short time he had spent on location. Tim is absolutely a master in what he does. Through expert knowledge and superior though processes he time after time set the direction for both the client and project team members in a win-win situation. Tim has the ability to assess quickly what the other side is thinking in a negotiating process. He is quick in judging, probing and finding out the client’s needs. He sets very high standards for himself and expects the same from others. He has very little patience with incompetence and will act to rectify. By the same token he will recognize and reward achievers. His leadership, openness, honesty and approachability are an inspiration to all of us. I respect him as a person and former colleague/peer. He has my recommendation.
