Cavallo Desktop is a front-end Operational EPR platform that delivers easy-to-use tools to enhance your Microsoft Dynamics™ GP experience. One mission of Cavallo is to speed up the operational side of your business and get the user the information their role needs as fast as possible so that making business decisions can be done faster, and with real-time up-to-date data. Whether those decisions are being made on the front end via sales, customer service, purchasing, or even the warehouse and shipping, this platform allows for the entire company to be on the same page so that those decision-makers can make the right call for a particular task, and in real-time. As a Client Account Manager at Cavallo, my role is to manage end-user customers and a Microsoft reseller channel within my sales territory. I believe that I can make a great impact on my customers with a little bit of creative thinking and a transparent approach to business, and process. I value listening and asking questions in order to problem-solve solutions for unique business problems. I highly value the relationships that I am able to build with my clientele and business partners on a daily basis. It is through developing relationships in business, and creative problem solving, that success stories take place. I currently manage 100+ customers in the US, and Latin America.

Baumann Tool and Die creates a picture of what American-made manufacturing is all about. With Journeyman toolmakers at the helm, the company struggled to grow. I was hired to help grow sales, and build long-term relationships with local businesses in the area such as Herman Miller, Gentex and Johnson Controls. I worked closely with customers to manufacture plastic injection molds, fixtures, small parts, and accessories, as well as created prototype dunnage molds for the automotive industry here in Michigan.

As a freelance commercial and portrait photographer, I loved working with people and companies within my community and abroad. Connecting with people and creating tailored sessions and products always kept the work interesting and uniquely challenging. Creating new relationships through photography was not only great work, but I felt like I was also building a stronger community all while producing incredible images that will last the test of time. Working directly with businesses to make a statement with their brand and products was also very rewarding. Seeing my work on billboards around town and in local magazine publications was gratifying, knowing that I was helping move the local economy with my work. Built a start up company from a single person entirety to a 4 person staffRated in the top three (Best Of) photographers in the city of Holland, Michigan.
