Tim is hands down one of the BEST engineers in the business! Tim is everything you could ever want in an Engineer- he is fluent in everything from RF to IT and all points in between (EEO, Public File, Tower, lease negotiation, network, etc.). Tim's reputation supersedes him and I can vouch that it's all true. But, let me tell you about the Tim you may not know so well.... Tim is everything you'd want in an employee... he's honest, enthusiastic, has a genuine passion for the job, takes pride in his work, is reliable, confident, has an insane work ethic and just "gets it." He communicates well and you know that he always has yours, and the companies best interests at heart. I have yet to come across something that Tim wasn't able to figure out. Any company that is lucky enough to have Tim should do anything and everything to make sure you never lose him. He is truly irreplaceable!!

If you put Tim in charge, you can count on him doing whatever is necessary to finish his work ... and have you up and running in record time. Tim has another component that few people have these day -- he has integrity. You can trust Tim with anything. He is the kind of employee you want on your team. He is the guy to go to if you need someone to do electronic work. I can't say enough good about Tim.
