  I develop and implement Individualized Education Programs for students with special needs grades K-2. This means that I spend my day teaching my students in a whole group for a portion of the day, and in small groups for another portion of the day, based on their individual goals. I am also the author of the academic sections of my students' IEPs, meaning I am describing present levels of performance, functionally and academically, for the student. I also am responsible for writing their annual goals based on their present levels. Show less
