Homestyle Aged Care operates 10 aged care homes in metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong with close to 900 older Australians cared for by a workforce of approximately 1200. Point Cook, our newest home opened in January 2015 providing Homestyle the ability to care for a further 118 residents. The role of CEO works with the homes and support functions to ensure Homestyle continues to provide high quality to care to residents, supporting and encouraging the team who directly provide the care. My invaluable experience at Provider Assist and TLC Aged care have enabled me to take this step to assist in making a difference to the lives of older Victorians living in Homestyle homes. Show less

With approximately 20 professionals working nationally, my role as CEO my role is to ensure the business and the exciting new products currently under development provide further support to the Aged Care industry. I took on three different roles whilst at Villa Maria, starting out in the role of Finance Manger providing financial reporting and overseeing the finance team. The Project Manager role was within the community services area of Villa Maria and was largely a project to set up a team within community services to administer the procurement and funding.
