Assisted the Brown County Transportation Planning - Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Department with the development of the transportation improvement programs (TIP), transit development programs (TDP), paratransit, environmental justice, street corridor studies, transportation studies, comprehensive plans, demographic profiling, land use surveys, staff reports, public involvement, visioning, outreach, and presentations to various committees. Responsible for managing and project manage Brown County’s enterprise MPO transportation GIS and DBMS data, assisted with County GIS development and mapping, web mapping, mobile deployment, GPS, modeling, programming, and DBMS administration. Project manage small and large scale projects pertaining to GIS, GPS, and program development. Supervised GIS/GPS interns and oversee their projects.

Layout/QA/X-Ray Technician - (Plant 17 Layout)

Performed real-time x-ray, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection, total layout, GR&R, and capability studies. I also did total layout using Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods and verification. Performed first piece real-time x-ray inspection, CMM studies, quality control statistical analysis, technical writing, Visual Basic 6.0 programming, and mechanical CAD duties. Communicated CMM data and statistical process control (SPC) results to Machining Technicians, Engineers, Supervisors, etc. Used CMM Sheffield RS30, RS40, and 1808 machines, BASIC, PC-DMIS, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, test gauges, etc. Performed descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using Northwest Analytics (NWA). Assisted with technical writing and drafting regarding CMM fixture set-up used by layout staff and floor inspectors. Worked with teams regarding production and prototype raw and finished die-cast and lost foam studies, ranging from engine blocks, props, crankcases, gear cases, etc. I worked with staff, engineers, supervisors, managers, inspectors, and labors to rectify quality issues and continuous improvements.

Worked for my father's automotive repair and sales business (65+ Years, closed in 2001), part-time. Performed automotive repairs (e.g., brakes, exhaust, suspension, drive train, tire repair, electrical, cooling/heating, tuning, etc.), OBDI/OBDII computer, and other diagnostics (e.g., timing light, vacuum gauge, pressure testing, multimeter, etc.), some auto body, welding, and car detailing. I had the lucky opportunity to meet (As a child and young adult) my extended family, great mechanics, and people in the Waupun community that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
