Communicated CMM data and statistical process control (SPC) results to Machining Technicians, Engineers, Supervisors, etc. Used CMM Sheffield RS30, RS40, and 1808 machines, BASIC, PC-DMIS, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, test gauges, etc. Performed descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using Northwest Analytics (NWA). Assisted with technical writing and drafting regarding CMM fixture set-up used by layout staff and floor inspectors. Worked with teams regarding production and prototype raw and finished die-cast and lost foam studies, ranging from engine blocks, props, crankcases, gear cases, etc. I worked with staff, engineers, supervisors, managers, inspectors, and labors to rectify quality issues and continuous improvements.
