I worked with Tim for two and half years at FedEx Ground. Tim was extremely knowledgable of Human Resources and was a pleasure to work with. His interpersonal skills were excellent and he was able to teach, train and motivate those under him as well as help guide others when his assistance was requested. His positive attitude and work ethic were an example for those around him and it would be an honor to work with Tim again in the future.

I have known Tim for over 3 years now. I reported to him directly while he worked for FedEx Ground as the Regional Human Resources Manager. Tim was very knowledgable of HR and passed along that knowledge to myself and the rest of our team. Tim always seemed to have a positive attitude and outlook on his work and life in general, he worked well with others and was able to adjust well to the ever changing/growing/fast-paced world of FedEx Ground.
