Tim's knowledge of the industry, its people and constant strive for open communication made him an invaluable Project Manager at Perfect World Shanghai. His engineering experience, leadership and thorough understanding of game development were fundamental in guiding our teams and executing on project vision. Tim is incredibly adept at organizing workflow, interfacing with company management, and working with leads and team members to pivot and resolve bottlenecks. Our Shanghai studio's successes owe much thanks to Tim's efforts.

I interviewed Tim before hiring him at EA Shanghai. During the interview he came across as someone who's honest, hard working, eager to learn and very interested in game development. And true enough, that's exactly how I remember Tim during the time he worked with me. Compared to others, Tim stands out as someone with high management potential. He's a very good organizer. I could always count on him for organizing either social or team events. He's very friendly. He gets along with everybody. He's also a good mediator during discussions. All in all, I had good memories working with Tim. I would recommend him for any team.
