Tim is an excellent fundraiser, hard working and dedicated. I found that working with him was productive and most enjoyable.

Tim Fretz served Miriam's House for 15 years - but never proved as valuable as when he served after the founding executive director left during an uncertain time for the organization. Tim put his nose to the grindstone during the slow process of choosing the new executive director and kept the house running and open. When I arrived as the new director, Tim was open to ideas while also being the standard bearer for our mission and values. I inherited Tim's fundraising duties and found that he had established incredibly strong relationships with donors and foundations which made my success in fundraising relatively easy. He also managed the government grants so well that we were awarded a bonus at year's end for accuracy and timeliness. We learned so much in our year and a half working together. My favorite part of our association were the times we just went to the staff lounge, shared a cup of coffee, and talked throught the issues that were facing us - which were abundant. We were able to talk things through, create an approach, and then go upstairs and make it happen. Thanks Tim.
