  Up until about eight months ago I was working as a requirements and business analyst for the IRS on the project team developing the database to support the Affordable Care Act. I am acting as Requirements Lead for releases 5 and 6. As the RM Lead for this effort I am supervising five contract employees. I am also working with the CMMI team to assist in bringing the ACA organization to CMMI Level 3.As this project moved into maintenance I've been tasked with leading the transition to integration with the IRS Application Development organization. My current focus is identifying documents and processes that need to be changed, training, and acting as the POC for our team.
