Tim brought passion, focus and creativity to a number of key projects at Suffolk Libraries. This has lead to the development of a clearer & more engaging proposition & the creation of a comms plan integrated across all media. A new, more engaging, brand kit of parts has been created for the interiors of the libraries . Significant work has been carried out internally to communicate the new strategy to staff, bringing the vision, mission and company values to life and reinforcing the company culture. Supportng DABD, a Charity in North East London, setting strategy and managing the small internal team. As part of the Strategic Management Team I brought my wide experience to the table supporting the CEO in many aspects of the organisation. Through raising the profile of the charity we were successful in being selected as the Barking & Dagenham Mayor's charity of choice for 2017/2018 . I headed the management team that successfully won the renewal and extension of a 1 million pound per annum transport contract for the mobility services division. Working with the CEO of an ambitious, high growth software company in Wickford I helped to set the strategy and directed the Marketing Manager in its implementation and roll out . Following the success of the Part Time role and the growth achieved in the business, I assisted in the recruitment of a full time Marketing Director before exiting the business.
