I eventually became the on site Lead Technical Trainer for the lower 48 states and Ontario. This included creating, editing training manuals for company clients and new hires. If new hires didn't pass my course they didn't touch the mapping on the laser guided vehicles. Egemin suffered a merge hence my departure.
