Negotiated with the UN Department of Peace-Keeping Operations which resulted in "UN Training Recognition" for the program. Responsible for leading Partner Nations' program assessments. Responsible as an Operations Joint Planner for the Deployable Joint Task Force Augmentation Cell (DJTFAC) and for the Multinational Planning Augmentation Team (MPAT) that facilitated Joint Task Force (JTF) and multinational training and operations. Led the integration efforts of the DJTFAC and MPAT into Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Mongolia, and Japan--trained over 1,000 multinational planners and staff and foreign military commanders from over 30 nations.
