MyPeople were formed in 2014 by a group of analysts, psychologists, and data scientists that supported some of Britain’s greatest sporting teams. MyPeople specialises in measuring the environmental, behavioural, and psychological factors that affect teams. Assessing this data alongside performance and capability reviews, became part of our DNA through work with GB Cycling, GB Rowing, and England Rugby. We’ve learnt that in order to build long-term sustainable performance, you need to be learning, developing and improving every single day. Since then, we’ve been right behind many successful organisations, building great teams for over 20 years. How it works… The MyPeople Software helps organisations understand their culture, it enables companies to develop their people efficiently, and allows them to better assess the team fit of new hires. Designed to address diverse workplace challenges, MyPeople delivers the critical insight needed for businesses to thrive and highlights where teams can grow. The software ingests and automatically analyses data from any source, displaying results via dynamic easy to use dashboards - significantly reducing administration time enabling more informed decision-making. It’s our mission… To provide business’ with the same proven analytical approaches we’ve successfully deployed in elite sport, to create better team environments and empower individuals to develop and perform to their maximum ability.

Sep 1984 - Jun 1987
Wilkins Computer Systems was a privately owned Systems Software House specialising in applications software running on IBM's mini-computer systems range (e.g. S/34, S/36 and S/38). In 1984 Wilkins established a Personal Computer division to compliment its traditional business focus and provide expertise to those organisations requiring connectivity between PC and Host Mini. In the first year I was responsible for growing the business to in excess of £1m turnover revenue against a projected target of £350K and maintaining a net profit margin of 25%. I was able to increase both revenue and profitability in the following twelve months to £1.5m and 33% respectively. The business continued to grow up to my departure in June 1987.
