  As the Global Head of Product, I was responsible for the P&L of the Seminars Product across Australia, the UK, the US, South Africa and Singapore. In order to improve perfromance globally, I built universal operational systems and reporting standards and embedded these globally. I also managed and coached each General Manager via weekly video meetings, board meetings and international site. Day-to-day I resolved global issues including sales performance, recruitment, budget & forecasting, customer service and staff management.

  As the General Manager of Elevate Australia, I lead a team of 15 full-time staff members and 200 presenters across Australia and was responsible for the quality of the 4000 study skills programs we deliver each year in Australian High Schools.

  As a presenter I was responsible for presenting study skills seminars to audiences of 30 - 300 students, at hundreds of schools across Melbourne and Victoria. From 2012-2013 I was also a Team Leader, responsible for the coaching and training of 20 other presenters.
