I had responsibility for all technical projects, including scientific / material aspects of new product introduction, gross margin improvement and business continuity. The role further expanded into operational responsibility for the ceramic injection moulding cell, including the the delivery of a £2M NPI project for the site and a 30% increase in production. In addition, I played a key role in the design and implementation of Morgan's Global Centre of Excellence for Structural Ceramics. Show less
