Joe Piasecki
Tim's tireless dedication and enthusiasm bring him success in anything he strives to achieve. He was effective member of my student staff during his time in the Hawkeye Marching Band. He was a great teacher to younger students, and he also showed exemplary management skills when given additional responsibilities. I always considered Tim to be a person who if given a task with a goal, he will not only reach it, but exceed it. Tim Clay will make and excellent educator, because he is not content with only teaching. He will find a way to become a part of music/clubs/honor societies etc and fully dedicate himself to his school. It's my belief that which ever school Tim will teach at, he will become a pinnacle of school pride. Tim will always find success in his future, and I wish him well in job hunting this spring.
Alexander Hirdler
Tim was extremely helpful during my initiation process. He set up the education of our fraternity in a manner that was both fun and easy to understand. When it came to memorizing crucial information, he made it easy to remember that information through repetition and other useful tips. He also encouraged us to network with other people inside the fraternity and was a great liaison for more reserved people to help them come out of their shell. He is an outstanding colleague as well as a leader.
