Tim took on a role using his tech capabilities to diagnose printer failure/issues via phone. This work requires a very high level of capability, patience and customer service than onsite services. Using his knowledge he had to work with non-tech users to come to a fix decision and dispatch parts and field tech - he did this with high accuracy and great customer care. Tim was very appreciated by our customers. He was very aware that his accuracy affected our expenses. Although Tim was used to field work, he made it to our offices even in bad weather from an hour and a half away - on time. I was very proud to work with Tim. He is exceptional and a committed employee.
