Tim's talents in building trust and coaching clients and peers are top notch. I had the chance to work with Tim for a number of years at LEAP, and I marveled at his technical fluency with leadership frameworks and, moreover, how he was able to apply them in the programs he led. Tim is also expert in change management and managing external, high-stakes relationships. He is great with using mental models to make challenging concepts easy to grasp. I appreciate Tim for his thoughtful coaching and his integrity.

Tim is a phenomenal and empathetic leader. During our time together at LEAP Innovations--in addition to being an informal coach and weekly thought partner--he was invaluable to evolving the our model for greater scale and sustainability. Most directly, he facilitated with his team many of the difficult strategic and operational trade-offs that we had to make--grounding us collectively in his deep understanding of both the design and execution of the breadth of our programs. Moreover, based on his relationships across the program managers and staff--he guided our ongoing engagement with the rest of the team with trust and authenticity, as we navigated the uncertainty and inevitable challenges of change.
