Tim was my manager at Compass Tech International. He was pretty influential in my development as a recruiter, especially coming from a different industry. Nothing but honest and encouraging. And as important, he has a great feel for when to be hands on in teaching and when to be hands off and let his mentees be autonomous and learn on their own, which is the best way to grow as a recruiter. Couldn't recommend him more.
