The National Broadcasting School delivers The Bauer Academy's flagship Bauer Journalism Programme, a full-time BJTC accredited radio journalism course. Our successes include one of our most recent graduates being named Student Journalist of The Year at the 2016 IRN Awards. As skills tutor I work mainly with students on writing, recording and editing content for news bulletins, features and documentaries as well as voice work and presentation skills. I also help students get to grips with broadcasting technology including studios, playout systems and the use of mobile devices for reporting and outside broadcasts.
