Following the aborted sale of the business to 3M in 2012, re-started the sales process and motivated the leadership team through a new round of management presentations and due diligence meetings resulting in the sale of the business to CCL Industries effective July 1, 2013.• Drove both the organizational and cultural change required to achieve a complete transformation of the business from a manage for cash strategy to a growth through innovation strategy. Strong execution of the new strategy resulted in 2011 new product revenue of $27 million (+50%) and a new product pipeline valued at $143 million. • Created the most exciting new product news in the industry, the “Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery” line in early 2012. This 294 SKU product line was created and commercialized in just twelve months.• Demonstrated strategic agility in 2011 by delivering dramatic new product growth and successfully defending the global labels business while also leading the process of selling the business.
