  I currently work as Acting Hotel Manager at Hotel Rendlhof in St Anton for this season. My duties are mostly administrative and taking care of guests in the hotel. In addition to that I am also in charge of the transfer and meeting the guests at the airport every week. At the beginning I was only in charge of the reception and the transfer. But after the Hotel Manager left, shortly after the hotel had opened, I was asked to take his place aswell. What started as a regular seasonal job at the reception has developed into an overall responsibility for guest experience and guest satisfaction.

  I worked with Boatwasher for 3 years from August 2017 to November 2020. I helped customers wash their boats without using any chemicals that pollute our waters. The experience included a serviceminded helpful role for the boat owners. The work also included administrative tasks such as helping with customer service when customers wanted to book appointments and technical tasks such as repairing stations. When I was appointed station manager I was also resposible for introducing and train new staff in the tasks and job.
