In my position, I have: - completed technical and clinical training on implantable pacemakers & defibrillators by attending training sessions in the USA and United Kingdom whenever a new product was released. - completed technical and clinical training on Cryo and RF- Ablation devices. These trainings were over the course of 3 weeks at Medtronic headquarters in Minneapolis, USA where I had to undergo intensive classroom sessions and pass the exam evaluation. - provided direct clinical support to physicians, nurses and internal customers regarding the medical treatment of the patient, as well as, provided technical support regarding the usage of the device - worked on two projects, including: setting up a new patient call center and setting up a customer satisfaction survey.
