Tim was a great asset in my team of Lookdev in Weta. He has already a good understanding about the production general workflow, and is flexible to adapt himself with the unique pipeline of the facility. He is good at team building, and always open to support everyone. He is also extremely patient to be the front of the team and protect his team members when necessary, it was amazing to see he is always very calm even at a very stressful time. His communication is very solid and sophisticated. He knows what to say and how and when, and he is very careful. Tim was with us for 2 years, first starting as a Lookdev production manager until he promoted to Texture department manager. Tim has no problem to manage any scale of projects; from a large scale of shows to multiple small to mid scale of shows as a department production manager. About 6 months before he left Weta, he promoted to Texture department manager, spending more time into resource management, forecast, crew management including feedback and contract while he was still busy of finishing one project. It was quite sad to see him leaving us as I believed he would be a great department manager if he could stay with us longer. Last but not least, on top of all above, Tim is a very nice person, warm, fun, and funny. I truely enjoyed working with Tim.

I was Tim's client at Gameloft and we worked on several video projects with his team. It was a pleasure to discuss our projects with him, Tim is always proactive and communicates clearly with his clients. He managed to deliver high quality projects on time, despite technical challenges and few resources. Tim is very professional and helpful, even when the pressure is on!

My role as the Production Manager at Gameloft is to produce videos to compliment the mobile game titles under development in the Asia Pacific region. The media we produce include TV Spots, development diaries and in game cinematics. We recruited a team of twelve including animators, motion artists, 3D/VFX artists, and storyboard artists. Managing the never ending challenge of balancing creative feedback, quality, and the inherent deadline constraints that come with the gaming industry on a daily basis. Keeping the culture of our studio strong and positive is always a top priority.
