Tim and I worked together on A Fair Tax and Flying's successful campaign to scrap air passenger duty on children's flights in the 2014 Autumn Statement. Tim understands politics, is well connected, knows how to create a good media story that journalists want to write and importantly knows how to put together a winning campaign. In all of my dealings with Tim he makes speedy and sound decisions and clearly knows how to manage a wide stakeholder group effectively to achieve results for the industry.

Tim Alderslade is a highly confident, capable and articulate advocate for UK airports. A strong networker, Tim is great at reaching out to his contacts to gain useful intelligence and sharing these with member airports. With many competing interests across the membership, Tim often has to tread a careful line to keep everyone happy, but his friendly approach makes this look easy.
