Philip Conway
As Head of IT, Tim supported me and the project teams in delivering a series of key projects for Radian. The project work grew with successful delivery and he gave me the space required to identify how Radian could implement a Project Management Office (PMO). We had feedback from a well respected consultant about the implications of taking the step and I was able to use this with Tim's support to work with our Executive to get the required funding etc to set up a whole new team within IT. Tim was always aware of the hard work this would require, and the negotiations needed to achieve the ambition, but he was always aware of the benefits the team would bring to Radian overall and was happy to be fully engaged.
