We collaborated on a College-wide project to acculturate first-semester International Students with ESL needs that included Best Practices, a Professional Learning Committee and Pre and Post feedback mechanisms. With his administrative and pedagogical knowledge, Tim is very easy to work with and he is full of encouragement for colleagues and students alike. A great team player, he is also a fantastic Coodinating Leader that entrusts team members with work yet gives autonomy for them to show their skills. I greatly admire his impressive intercultural sensitivity, his passion for helping students and guiding them to success, and untiring travels around the world to recruit new students for the College.
