We decided to experiment with an online customer relationship strategy as part of our overall marketing campaign for 2003/4. Tim developed an online magazine and several micro-sites which heavily leveraged and gave another dimension to our PR-driven campaign, and which 'cheer-led' our collateral and exhibition strategy to great effect. Given that both time and budget were extremely limited, Tim not only met the brief, but he solved the business problem too. He's also a thoroughly nice guy, and great fun to work with.
