  As a trainee estate agent my role was taking phone calls in a professional manner and addressing their needs wether it being to arrange a viewing, mortgage advise, booking in surveys, rental enquiries, to arrange a valuation their property or to be registered on our database. For each person I register, I make sure to let them be able to speak to me at ease, with also filling out detailed criteria to be able to understand what each client is looking for. Also undertaking a high number of viewings in a professional manner, wether it being a rental property or to buy, I make sure viewers feel at ease to be able to express to me on a one to one basis their feelings on the property. Acer viewings, I make sure to follow up with the client to get their feedback on the property and to communicate between viewer and vendor their feedback. If the client decides to make an offer on the property, I make sure to collect important details as of if the client is selling their property to buy, I will need to check their chains details, mortgage details on which bank they will be using and the deposit they will make on the property. Around the office, I undertake many tasks including dealing with the set up of proper:es to be published to Rightmove, such as creating a floor-plan using Metropix to make sure each measurement is correct and editing photos to enhance a proper:es features, with also making sure all details are correct with the property to be published. Also, using the website SmartSearch, I carry out money laundering checks on buyers to ensure safety within the purchase of a property. As of working close with my clients, I make sure to be able to create a bond to ensure them that they can talk to me about any issues or needs they might have within process of buying or selling their property and to make the experience less stressful and more relaxing.
