Help to ensure that proper records are kept relating to all building, plant and equipment repairs for the hotel. • Perform cleaning and tidying of all hotel engineering related areas including plant and electrical distribution rooms and storerooms including all workshop tools and materials/ equipment. • To regularly check internal and external hotel light fittings and replace any faulty lamps as appropriate. • Ensure compliance with legislated workplace health and safety requirements and to comply with hotel specific standards and procedures. • Attend training sessions, team meetings and briefings as required by the Maintenance Supervisor. • Undertake any ad hoc duties as and when requested by your line manager.
